We are searching for an Account Specialist with strong Digital Media & Advertising experience to join their high-performing & innovative Video Ads team who are doing what has never been done before.
In this pivotal role, you will oversee the entire pre-to-post campaign execution process as a trusted advisor to sales teams, crafting winning media plans, managing all aspects of campaign delivery and driving client success.
Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Support Sales & Operations teams to understand client goals and objectives in order to deliver excellent customer service
- Responsible for overseeing the delivery performance of Ad Campaigns and partnering with clients on necessary campaign optimization tactics
- Coordinate weekly Pipeline & Pacing meetings with Agency Sales Partners to align on upcoming launches and active campaign performance
- Build Media Plans and contribute to RFP responses around campaign packaging, pricing, targeting, etc.
- Partner with cross-functional teams on the production of custom creative assets
- Work closely with Ad Operations for flawless order implementation and technical troubleshooting
- Provide sales teams with necessary campaign performance I.e. post-campaign wrap reports
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the ad products, sponsorship offerings, targeting capabilities and ad policies
- 3-4+ years of successful experience in Account Management or Sales Operations within the digital media industry, with a particular focus on video advertising campaigns.
- Advanced analytical and strategic thinking abilities, able to translate data into actionable insights that inform decision-making across the team.
- Proven project management expertise, adept at juggling multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and priorities.
- Familiarity with leading Advertising Research and Verification vendors (e.g., Nielsen, ComScore, Moat).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering clear, concise, and impactful messages to diverse audiences.
