We are searching for an Account Coordinator with strong Digital Media & Advertising experience to join their high-performing & innovative Video Ads team who are doing what has never been done before.

In this pivotal role you will oversee the entire pre-to-post campaign execution process as a trusted advisor to sales teams, crafting winning media plans, managing all aspects of campaign delivery and driving client success. 

Here’s what you’ll be doing:
  • Support Sales & Operations teams to understand client goals and objectives in order to deliver excellent customer service
  • Responsible for overseeing the delivery performance of Ad Campaigns and partnering with clients on necessary campaign optimization tactics 
  • Coordinate weekly Pipeline & Pacing meetings with Agency Sales Partners to align on upcoming launches and active campaign performance 
  • Build Media Plans and contribute to RFP responses around campaign packaging, pricing, targeting, etc. 
  • Partner with cross-functional teams on the production of custom creative assets  
  • Work closely with Ad Operations for flawless order implementation and technical troubleshooting
  • Provide sales teams with necessary campaign performance I.e. post-campaign wrap reports 
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the ad products, sponsorship offerings, targeting capabilities and ad policies 
  • Work from home / work from office or Remote - flexible options
What you’ll bring to the role:
  • 3+ years of successful experience in Account Coordinator or Sales Operations within the digital media industry, with a particular focus on video advertising campaigns.
  • Advanced analytical and strategic thinking abilities, able to translate data into actionable insights that inform decision-making across the team.
  • Proven project management expertise, adept at juggling multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and priorities.
  • Familiarity with leading Advertising Research and Verification vendors (e.g., Nielsen, ComScore, Moat).
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of delivering clear, concise, and impactful messages to diverse audiences.
  • A passion for the entertainment industry and a desire to contribute to innovation in a fast-paced environment.
