What you'll be doing
  • Develop and implement an individualised sales plan aligned with company strategy, focusing on achieving specified outcomes within set timeframes.
  • Utilise sales process and methodology, with a key emphasis on qualifying and discovery, to progress selective opportunities through the sales pipeline to closure.
  • Ensure exceptional customer experiences by employing a consultative approach, adhering to brand values, and demonstrating expertise in sustainability and recycling.
  • Actively participate in team training and development activities, contributing to a collaborative learning environment.
  • Drive high outbound sales activity to cultivate a robust sales pipeline, aiming for a pipeline value equivalent to three times the revenue target.
  • Foster relationships with resellers and large customers, proactively engaging them in joint opportunities to optimise channel performance.
What you'll bring to the team
  • Proven experience in a Sales role
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Understanding of sales performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
