What you’ll be doing:- Taking full technical ownership of the mission-critical Dynamics 365 CRM platform.
- Analysing, refactoring, and remediating legacy code to align with modern best practices.
- Designing and developing new solutions using C#, JavaScript, and the full Power Platform suite (including Power Pages).
- Building and managing CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps to automate deployments.
- Collaborating directly with the CTO, Solution Architect, and business leaders to translate requirements into robust technical solutions.
What you'll bring to the team: This role is focused exclusively on the Customer Engagement (CRM) side of the Dynamics 365 ecosystem (Sales, Service, Marketing). Experience with D365 F&O (Finance & Operations) or Business Central is not the right fit for this specific position.- 5-7+ years of hands-on experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM/CE Developer.
- Expert-level skills in C#, JavaScript, and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, and ideally Power Pages).
- Proven experience with the D365 Sales and Customer Service modules - essential.
- Strong experience with Azure DevOps for source control and CI/CD.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work autonomously and proactively.
What else is offered:- A competitive salary of $160,000 - $170,000 + Super.
- An annual bonus of 7.5% based on company and individual performance.
- Hybrid working model (50% from the Sydney office).
