Are you a self-starter who can drive core analytical & reporting initiatives for the team. Must be a fast learner with a can-do attitude, who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced tech environment & is eager to learn and progress their analytical skills.
What you can look forward to doing:
- Extract data using SQL from relational data-warehouses
- Build jobs to extract, store and analyse data using Python
- Analyse customer behaviour & business trends
- Derive data-driven insights and customer behaviour analysis.
- Analyse performance variances using data
- Analyse business needs and field requests from team members to provide data, analytics, insights, reporting & dashboards with high data quality to drive sales/business growth.
- Collaborate with a passionate & supportive team
- Expertise in data analytics (lead analyst experience would be an advantage)
- Advanced SQL skills - write complex queries & combine large datasets from various tables (CTEs, temporary tables)
- Data visualization whiz - strong Tableau skills
- Data modelling skills & a Data storyteller (able to present complex data & insights to different stakeholders)
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
- Strategic thinker with strong business acumen
- Fast learner & team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
- Experience with R/Python, machine learning techniques, A/B testing
- Knowledgeable with Salesforce or web analytics tools
- Hybrid work model with flexibility between office and WFH (Sydney CBD, 2000)
