As an Events Marketing Manager (ANZ) for a world-leading marketing platform, you will be crucial in showcasing our innovative technology to small businesses.
You will design and deliver engaging event experiences that generate leads, build relationships, and drive platform adoption.
From researching and prioritising industry events to leading our flagship annual event in Sydney, you will create unforgettable experiences that drive real business impact.

What you'll be doing
- Partner with the local Principal Marketing Manager and APAC leadership team to develop and deliver a comprehensive events plan, including flagship-owned events and industry events
- Build and maintain an annual event calendar to support lead generation and customer growth forecasts
- Take operational learnings from past events and advocate for the needs of the local team and customers to constantly improve how we execute events in the region
- Play a crucial role in connecting key teams across the company locally and overseas, to ensure events are integrated with broader marketing and business goals and executed seamlessly
- Create detailed project plans to ensure flawless event production and execution on budget
- Develop in-depth market understanding in ANZ and share findings and recommendations with the US team to better localise assets and events
- 5 - 10 years of hands-on event management experience, ideally including large-scale and B2B events
- A collaborative, organized, and flexible mindset
- Strong business savvy with knowledge of best practices in B2B event promotions, demand generation, and lead nurturing
- Strong influencing and communication skills, including excellent verbal, written, visual/presentation and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to prioritise and make strategic choices
- Detail-oriented with a passion for helping small businesses grow and succeed
