We're seeking a passionate and skilled a Technical/Application Support Engineer to join a Fortune 500's highly collaborative, supportive & multi-talented Integration Support team.

You will tackle challenging Integration issues, champion customer success, and play a key role in shaping the future of Cloud.

Job Title: Technical Support Engineer (Integration)
 
What you'll get up to:
  • Own & resolve complex integration escalations for customers.
  • Advocate for customers, providing expert guidance & solutions.
  • Analyze & troubleshoot platform issues with finesse.
  • Drive knowledge sharing & process improvements within the team.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with customers & internal teams.
  • Craft clear documentation to empower users and boost efficiency.
  • Continuous learning of our product suite as it continues to grow so you can best understand & support how customers use the platform.
What skills you'll bring to the table:
  • A Tech wiz with min. 2-4 years' experience in a Technical support/Infrastructure support or Software/Application support background
  • Working knowledge of JavaScript (able to read/understand JS code for troubleshooting)
  • Experienced with LDAP/Active Directory, SSO or other authentication/user management systems
  • Good understanding of Email Infrastructure
  • Solid experience with Network Infrastructure
  • Sound knowledge with Web Services (soap, rest)
  • Familiarity in Data Extraction tech or ETL integrations
  • Preferably has some exposure w/ 3rd party integrations 
  • A strong problem-solver with a knack for complex technical situations.
  • A clear communicator who excels at customer support.
