We’re seeking a talented IT Support Consultant to join our dynamic team and contribute to the global success of our platform.
As an IT Support Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the efficient day-to-day operations of the IT department performing a range of IT tasks.
What you’ll be responsible for:
- Keep Things Running Smoothly: Troubleshoot technical issues, connectivity issues, escalate issues, set up new devices, and maintain our hardware and software infrastructure.
- Stay Organized: Manage inventory, track assets, and ensure our IT environment is efficient and secure.
- Collaborate with the Best: Work closely with our global IT team to deliver exceptional support and drive continuous improvement.

- A solid foundation in IT support / Helpdesk support including computer hardware, setups (Windows/Linux/macOS), desk moves and troubleshooting issues etc.
- Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, AV, VFX software & more
- Strong customer services skills with a keen eye for detail and a knack for problem-solving.
- The ability to lift and move equipment (up to 25kg).
- Familiarity with ticket management systems & asset management tools.
