What your exciting days will look like:
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of acquisition campaigns targeting the accountant and bookkeeping segment.
- Develop and implement virtual and in-person events to engage and generate leads from key audiences.
- Create and manage content-led demand generation campaigns, producing high-quality content across various channels to drive engagement and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools, reporting on key metrics, and optimizing strategies to drive results.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams to meet campaign objectives.
- Manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution and maximizing ROI.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in multi-channel marketing campaigns, with a focus on acquisition and content creation.
- Proven experience in virtual and in-person event management, including tactical content development (social, email, SEO, web).
- Expertise in campaign forecasting, performance analysis, and optimization.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
- Solid experience in managing budgets and tracking campaign ROI.
- Passion for customer obsession, with a customer-first mindset in every initiative.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while maintaining strategic focus.
