What You'll Be Doing

  • Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining long-term partnerships with secondary care institutions.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute the company's sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets.
  • Team Leadership: Build and manage the sales team, providing guidance and training.
  • Market Analysis: Analyse market trends, competitors and customer needs to adjust strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Client Relationships: Establish strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to

  • Proven Experience in healthcare business development with a track record of achieving sales targets.
