Our client is the 3rd largest FinTech (SaaS) in the world and is seeking an enthusiastic Sales Operations Lead Analyst.

This is a new and exciting role where you can analyse unique & interesting data sets and provide new solutions in a highly collaborative environment.

What your exciting days will look like:-
  • Process Automation & Optimization: Analyze business needs, provide data, supporting internal and external sales teams. 
  • Cross functional collaboration: Working across sales managers and 3rd party partner sites to identify issues and escalate resolutions.
  • Productivity reporting: Ties analysis and findings to business impact, advocates for change and implements solutions proactively and quickly.
  • Data Insight & Management: Assist in the maintenance of customer and master data, including account attributes.
  • Pipeline Management: Simplified data summaries for distribution, defining daily, weekly and monthly follow up on pipeline.
  • Project management, Communications & Change Management
What you'll bring to the team:-
  • Proven Sales-Ops experience with a solid handle on sales-ops fundamentals
  • A curious nature and deep customer empathy with superior relationship building. 
  • Project Management Skills: Drives cross-functional projects E2E,
    develops a clear workback plan, effectively manages risks, and aligns
    the team around a clear DACE.
  • Strong ability to create and communicate insights: Ties analysis and findings to business impact, advocates for change, and implements recommendations proactively and quickly. 
  • Prioritization Skills: Stack ranks and drive opportunities that are needed to achieve goals
  • Affinity with sales processes, sales tools and applications such as Salesforce, Tableau & Excel or Qlicksense.
  • Team Player and can-do attitude
