What you’ll be doing:

• You will serve as the indispensable technical subject matter expert, providing hands-on advisement, strategy, and troubleshooting to internal commercial teams and top-tier customers.
• You will deliver compelling product demonstrations and conduct 1:1 technical assistance, translating complex features into direct business value.
• You will act as the crucial technical escalation point for critical client issues, providing rapid problem-solving to unblock sales and ensure customer success.
• You will proactively identify and address knowledge gaps, enabling sales and success teams through targeted technical insights and support.
• You will be the voice of the customer, sharing direct regional insights with global product teams to influence platform development.

What you'll bring to the team:

• 3+ years of experience in a hands-on Solutions Consultant, Sales Engineer, or Technical Specialist role, with a strong focus on advisory and troubleshooting.
• Deep expertise in email marketing platforms or marketing automation solutions (e.g., Klaviyo, SFMC, Braze).
• Practical, working knowledge of APIs, integrations, and e-commerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to simplify complex technical concepts and advise stakeholders from sales reps to CTOs.
• A true problem-solver mindset, comfortable with autonomy, asynchronous work, and being the sole technical expert in a region.
