What you’ll be doing:
- You will become the master of our platform
- You'll be responsible for translating complex customer needs into elegant configurations, supporting our sales team with your expert knowledge in client demos, and acting as the final escalation point for our toughest support challenges.
- You'll be the creative and technical bridge between our clients and our technology.
- Proven experience in a customer-facing technical role (like Tier 2/3 Support, Implementation, or as a Technical Analyst) where you've become an expert on a complex software product.
- A natural curiosity for how modern software works, with a solid, hands-on understanding of APIs and SQL.
- You genuinely enjoy talking to customers, understanding their problems, and explaining complex concepts in a simple, clear way.
