This is an incredible opportunity for a Technical Lead of the Professional Services division to provide advanced storage consulting to ensure successful Managed Services delivery outcomes. 

A highly rewarding, challenging and important role, this position requires an articulate, consultative, dynamic storage expert with excellent communication skills who thrives in a highly dynamic environment.

What you’ll be doing

• Provide the guidance, direction, policy making and at times design decisions (in partnership with Storage and Solution Engineering teams) for operational challenges and/or new solutions.
• As needed, you will act as the senior technical liaison on Major Incident Management calls, incident troubleshooting, and Problem Management including the preparation of Root Cause Analyses. 
• Be the master relationship builder who can quickly build trust and credibility with direct and cross functional stakeholders and their VIP customer.
• Fully Remote / WFH or Hybrid

What you’ll bring to the role… (not all, though a healthy balance of):

• Experience in architecting, troubleshooting and implementation of large environments within the NetApp stack
• Experience and proficiency in design & implementation of NetApp Cloud solutions
• Experience with NetApp MetroCluster.
• Experience with end-to-end planning, designing & build out of NetApp Clusters.
• Experience with FlexCache and FlexGroups.
• Strong proficiency in the NAS & SAN Storage Solutions
• Experience in setting up disaster recovery solutions in NetApp for instantaneous user managed data recovery.
• Strong experience with data migrations.
• Experience with change control processes and impact and risk assessments.
• Some Scripting skills, (i.e. Ansible, Python, Perl or Power Shell).
