About the Role:
Reporting to a senior portfolio leader, you will join the enterprise PMO to take ownership of a crucial stream of work. This role is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of complex technology projects specifically within the Records Management, Data Protection, and Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) domains.
This is a high-profile engagement where you will be instrumental in managing delivery against tight timeframes and navigating a complex executive stakeholder landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end delivery of technology projects, ensuring alignment with scope, cost, and schedule.
- Lead project streams with a heavy focus on Records Management, Data Classification, and Data Protection.
- Manage and influence stakeholders at all levels, including presenting to and running Steering Committees.
- Proactively manage project risks, issues, and dependencies in a fast-paced environment.
- Oversee vendor engagement, ensuring partners are held accountable for delivery outcomes.
- Embed new processes and ways of working, ensuring clear communication between business and technical teams.
You are a seasoned, pragmatic, and highly credible contract Project Manager. You are a driver who thrives on complex challenges and high-stakes delivery.
- Essential: You must have a strong background and demonstrated project delivery experience in Records Management, Data Protection, and/or Risk & Compliance Management. This is a non-negotiable requirement.
- Proven experience delivering complex technology projects (e.g., SaaS, data migration, integrations) within large-scale enterprise environments.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills with a demonstrated ability to influence and present at an executive level.
- A background in Financial Services or Insurance will be highly regarded.
- You are resilient, determined, and possess the commercial acumen to deliver high-quality outcomes under pressure.
